| dc.description | The partition function method of obtaining regularized energy moments of scattering phase shifts is extended to higher partial waves, for potentials V(r) for which ∫<sub>0</sub><sup>∞</sup> dr|V(r)| exists and V(r) is an analytic function of r<sup>2</sup> in a neighbourhood of the positive real axis. The first three moment relations are given for the p- and d-wave phase shifts. |
