| dc.description | AbstractAt present, three Bogotá Universities offer training in psychology: Univer sidad Nacional, Universidad Javeriana and Universidad Pedagógica. The Universidad Pedagógica only trains teachers of psychology, while the other two award diplomas of professional psychologist. The instruction in the latter two is directed towards clinical and academic psychology. The degree in industrial psychology does not yet exist, and only during the last two years have final year students been given some instruction and a certain amount of practical guidance in this subject. On the other hand, the motivation of students during their training is directed chiefly towards clinical and academic fields, which is mainly due to the orientation of the faculty (Ardila, 1970). |
