Two new species of the genus Tetracyclus, T. subclypeus and T. subdivisium, are described from the Late Miocene flora of Inner Mongolia, China. Although circular in outline, and hence similar to T. clypeus, both new species can be distinguished by the orientation and number of primary and secondary ribs and by the length of the central sternum. Both new species are apparently endemic to the Chinese fossil flora.
