| dc.description | A method is presented using block-pulse functions for parameter or non-parameter identification in a class of distributed parameter systems which can be described by linear partial differential equations. It is both convenient for computer use and simple in form. Two examples are given at the end of the paper to illustrate the use of the proposed method. |
