dc.description AbstractThis article discusses the development and presentation of a high school death education unit within an elective psychology class. The death unit curriculum is examined, unit strengths are analyzed, and sample evaluations of students, presenters, school board members, parents, and other members of the community are presented. The conclusion reached is that this unit, although not inclusive of all death-related topics, serves as a valuable tool for students as they experience any type of loss that causes grief.
