| dc.description | An exploratory study was conducted at the Occupational Therapy Section of Dwight David Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, Georgia to develop a clinical instrument for assessment and follow-up documentation of progress for psychosocial inpatients. A wheel diagram was designed for graphic portrayal of competency levels. The four areas selected for the Occupational Behavioral Assessment were: Work, Leisure, Social Competence and Personal Care. The authors considered these areas to be essential components of occupational behavior. A questionnaire to collect data for the wheel diagram was developed. |
