| dc.description | SummaryThis paper describes an in ‐‐ service training initiative undertaken in Buckinghamshire by Educational Psychologists. The work was entirely school based, and involved training the staff to use a problem solving strategy when tackling a variety of concerns. Emphasis was placed on encouraging teachers to use colleagues as resources in resolving problems and in creating an environment in which they could do this. Evaluation suggests that course objectives have been achieved. Possible future developments are outlined in the paper. |
