With its almost sub-tropical warmth tempered by a cool breeze from the Tagus and ocean beyond, Lisbon is a delightful city in which to attend a convention; the venue was the audio-visual centre of Portugal, the Instituto de Meios-Audio-Visuais de Ensino, and our hosts, Sr. Leonidas, Sr. de Pina, and the staff of the Instituto, left nothing undone to ensure that the 18th Annual Assembly was a memorable, stimulating, and enjoyable event.
