The documented facts of an actual multiple murder and suicide are presented. The case is then analyzed through melding Kenneth Burke's theory with his critical calculus, the hexad. Example of the Agent acting out and personifying principles of Burkean theory are presented and analyzed. It is suggested that such pathological, dysfunctional rhetoric become an area of study for theorists.
