AbstractWhen a land use court decision is the lead story in The New York Times and other major (and minor) newspapers across the country, something is afoot. When the news weeklies, television networks, and radio programs trumpet a Supreme Court land use case, people sit up. When newspapers like The Washington Post write editorials on what it all means, we rub our eyes. A land use case getting this kind of attention?
