Part I of this article, published in MRSQ, Vol. 13, Number 3, Fall 1994, summarized the basics of Organization Development Part II outlines some specific strategies for in-house librarians to use in both influencing and supporting OD change efforts in their organizations. Specific attention is given to the role of the library manager in diagnosing the need for an OD approach to problem solving, in identifying and recommending consultants, and in supporting the change effort itself. A suggested bibliography is included for those interested in adding OD resources to the library collection.
