| dc.description | This article describes and analyzes the search strategy step in the document reference process. It uses documents and general reference models to point out the unique aspects of the documents search strategy as well as those which are similar to the general reference search strategy. The documents search process is also analyzed from three different cognitive points of view. Suggestions for improving documents reference service through a better understanding of the documents search strategy are included. |
