ABSTRACTExamination of the nature, scope, and richness of the payment system phenomena and buyer behavior in general would suggest some unique and important challenges for research. This study therefore attempts to explore payment system attribute perceptions and preferences of Asian-, Hispanic-, and Black-Americans. Strategic implications and future research directions are also suggested.
