ABSTRACTRoss Perot is one of our nation's most well known and controversial marketer of services. Almost everyone acknowledges his exceptional marketing skills, even those who are vehemently opposed to his political position. This article examines the sales and marketing techniques used by Mr. Perot over the course of his career, with special attention devoted to his recent campaign for the presidency.
